2019
PC Pro A-List 5 Star Rating
2019 is off to a great start for 3CX – Taking home a 5 star rating from the UK’s biggest IT publication.
3CX was recognised for it’s great value for money, ease of deployment and use, and an impressive range of call-handling featues. The flexibility of the platform was also noted, given the vast amount of compatible operating systems and hardware.
2018
Best Choice Award
To finish off the great year that 3CX had, the award-winning IP PBX took home a last-minute Best Choice award from WinMag Pro.
Best Choice Award winners are decided on factors such as functionality, ease of use and overall quality for price. The editors at WinMag Pro awarded 3CX for it’s massive improvements to CRM integration and mobility.
Best Enterprise Telephony System
3CX was recognised at the Comms National Awards 2018 as a comprehensive VoIP solution with both an on-premise and hosted solution. This award wasn’t the first received by 3CX at a CNA ceremony, having won Best SME On-Premise System and Best Enterprise On-Premise System in previous years.
Special Recognition
3CX have been recognised in two categories at the Commsbusiness Awards for their channel product offering. The ability for 3CX to be easily customised by partners allows them to offer the best solutions to customers with available support when needed.
5 Star Recognition – Editors Choice
Contributing Editor for IT Pro gave 3CX a 5-star recognition for the usability and flexibility of the 3CX VoIP solution. With every update, the team at 3CX work to ensure that businesses making the decision to host their own IP PBX find more convenience from it than hassle.

5 months into 2018 and 3CX has already taken home an award from leading IT magazine in the UK, Technology Reseller. Technology Reseller holds a yearly Editors Choice Awards in which winners are chosen based on functionality, design and innovation. 3CX was selected for this award due to the strong focus 3CX has on user-friendly design, UC functionality and integration with the latest technologies. 3CX stated in response to the award “Being recognized for our innovative position in the telecommunications/UC market is great confirmation for the 3CX team that we’re successfully developing a product which aids users in improving their communications, their productivity and efficiency, and also brings value for money … and we’re looking forward to continuing with our innovative stance throughout the rest of 2018”
2017
Brand of the Year 2017
2017 was a great and busy year for the team at 3CX, taking home a number of awards for their services, innovation and functionality. 3CX set themselves apart from the competition at the Trophies of Distribution 2018 in Paris, France, where 3CX was awarded with “Brand of the Year 2017”. This award followed the successful implementation of 3CX by the UFCV in France with no down time at all, assisting thousands of French citizens relying on the services of UFCV.
MKB Best Choice & Editors Choice
Dutch magazing WinMag Pro presented 3CX with two awards in 2017; MKB Best Choice and Editor’s Choice. This is the second consecutive year that 3CX has been awared by the WinMag Pro editorial team, gaining top marks in all areas such as price, functionality, usability and overall quality, making special mention of the WebRTC technology in the 3CX phone system.
Business Software of the Year
One of the largest UK IT publications, PC Pro, awarded 3CX with Business Software of the Year at the B2B Technology Excellence Awards, 2017. Every year PC Pro compiles a list of the best IT products and services for the past 12 months, the winners decided by the PC Pro editorial team who review a number of different products and services. 3CX CEO, Nick Galea, commented on the win on their news blog stating: “Great to see 3CX recognized for its innovative role in the business software market – revolutionizing business communications and drastically lowering telecoms costs at the same time”

Best SMEs Solution – MKB Proof 2016
Every year, the editors at WinMag source the best solutions for small and medium sized businesses, the winners appearing in a special MKB Proof edition of WinMag, and it’s no surprise that 3CX made the grade!

3CX earned the 2015 Price/ Performance Value Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan, the award analyis stating that 3CX “excelled in terms of user features, architectural flexibility, ease of use and management”. Frost & Sullivan has been a global leader in the information and growth consulting industry for more than 50 years.
CRN Top Tech Innovators
The CRN Tech Innovator Awards recognize companies that standout in hardware, software and services that have impacted the tech industries. 3CX was named one of the Innovators of the Year with the release of the 3CX WebMeeting, a WebRTC based, easy-to-use video conferencing solution.
Best SME On-Premise System
The Comms National Awards are widely regarded as one of the most respected awards programmes in the ICT industry. This was the second year in a row that 3CX had received an award from Comms National, earning the “Best Enterprise On-Premise System” award the year beforehand in 2014.
Most Innovative Product – Innovationspreis-IT 2015
3CX WebMeeting made quite the impression in 2015, also being awarded Most Innovative Product in a German innovation award ceremony, held at CeBIT, one of the largest IT exhibitions around the world. WebMeeting was chosen due to its innovative use of WebRTC technology, Googles open standard technology.
